He has to his credit more than 60 Specialization Courses in Accounting, Foreign Trade, Finance and Taxation. He is the Director, Legal Representative and Manager of various national and foreign companies. He runs the operation with a strong sense of thoroughness and fidelity to the current regulations.
María José Olivares Soza
Accountant-Auditor and Public Accountant, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Auditing. She is a General Accountant with a mention in Tax Legislation. She has more than 10 years of work experience in the field as an expert on Tax Reform and Chilean IFRS Pyme, where she has participated in various courses taught by the Chilean Association of Accountants. She holds a Certificate in Tax Reform Laws 20.780 and 20.899, and a Certificate in Business and Personal Tax Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. She is a member of the Chilean Association of Accountants.
Gerardo Coppelli Ortiz
Lawyer, Bachelor of Science in Law. He holds three Masters, the first one in International Law (LLM Int.) from the University of Heidelberg, Germany; the second (LLM) in International Law, Investment and Trade, from the Universidad de Chile; and the third (MBA) a MD in Business Management and Organization, from the Universitat de Lleida, Spain. In addition, he is a Ph.D. Candidate in Law at the same university, with an approved Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA). He has extensive experience in business processes, management and organization. He has ten years of experience in academic management and university teaching in National and International Economics. As a lawyer, his practice is oriented toward Business Administration, Economics and Tax Law with a strong component of multidisciplinary teamwork and excellent interpersonal relationships. He appears regularly in the Media as an influential figure regarding economic matters.
Roberto Coppelli Ortiz
Food Engineer graduate from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso, Master in Business Administration from the Universidad de Chile, Master in Business Management and Organization from the Universitat de Lleida. Among his activities stand out the management of innovation-oriented projects with public and/or private financing. He is a visiting professor for the Universitat de Lleida’s Innovation Management and Corporate Finance programs.
Eugenio López L.
